QSL Managers as of Jul. 6, 2010. It provides simple QSL info in CSV text format in order call;manager_call; publishing_date. No addresses, no other info than Manager's call sign. The date format is yyyy-mm and does not mean the validity date limits, however if a station has multiple QSL managers, it helps to choose the right one. Download here (registered members).
